Head chef at the Renaissance restaurant, Paweł Szatkowski, has made cooking his life for over 20 years. He’s an expert in international cuisine, especially Mediterranean and Polish, and is a fan of contemporary cooking methods and sous-vide. He was educated at the Szczecin culinary school.
