We’re proud to present our team of chefs responsible for all the delicious food at the Renaissance restaurant, Europa Restaurant & Café and at functions, and for the snacks at the Radisson Blu bars.
They’re the ones who, behind the scenes, conjure up dishes from around the world as well as from Polish cuisine. You might not see them, but they’re the backbone of our hotel.
