We present you with wonderful cheeses made by hand, using traditional methods, from natural milk, from cows grazed on juicy meadows by the Noteć region, rich in herbs. These small works of art were created in the local cheese factory „Mera Vallis” born from the passion of the hosts for cooking and natural food. The taste of the cheeses changes with the seasons, which makes them even more unique. We recommend it in a duet with your favorite wine.

to each cheese board we add bread, olives, cold-pressed olive oil
Chimney sweep (natural, with fenugreek, with pepper) – cheese with a distinct flavour, ripening, brittle and hard at the same time, with a nutty taste. Additions of fenugreek or pepper give it a new taste dimension.
Golden fudge – cheese characterized by a dry taste and a creamy-butter texture. By nature, they are hard and spicy, the older they are, the more expressive.
„Nadnotecki” – home-made cheese with white mould, creamy, smooth to flowing in cross-section, depending on the degree of maturity.
Ordoblue – cheese with mold in the Rokpola type, delicate, crumbly texture, spicy, spicy, mushroom, slightly bitter, rich in vitamins.
Raclette – semi-hard, long-ripening cheese with a nutty flavor of dandelions.
„Smaczek” – fresh, rennet cheese with the addition of spices, aromatic.
