This menu was served by our restaurant during the diplomatic meeting of the King of Denmark – Frederick X, during his visit to Szczecin in February 2024.
Appetizer:
Avocado tartare with cashew nuts, coriander, and chanterelle oil
2 x Main course:
Confit breast of quail with saffron dumpling with plum, chocolate demi glace with cranberries, glazed vegetables
Pan-fried halibut on parsnip puree and vanilla, fennel salad with orange, sea buckthorn and lobster sauce
Dessert:
Burnt chocolate mousse with blackcurrant jelly and champagne sauce
